It’s now been two weeks since I partcipated in the runtastic ambassador weekend.
We had a great time visiting the Runtastic office (they have a slide!!!), spent some time sightseeing in Vienna, and worked out at the Runtastic Live Workout Party.
The Mozart100 race takes place in the beautiful town of Salzburg, Austria. They offer various distances, this year a 12.5km City Trail, the 30km Scenic Light Trail (that I did), the 42km Marathon trail, the 62km Scenic Trail and the classic 105 Trail. This one is very popular, as it is also a Western States 100 qualifying race.
If you follow my instagram account you might have noticed that I recently moved from London to Munich. I’ve moved cities 5 times in the last 10 years, and it has always been tough and challenging. Even worse, I had to change my fitness routine because all my favorite classes and running routes were no longer available. But I’ve also learned a lot on how to stay fit while moving and want to share that for you.
Beginning of June I ran my first trail race in Austria: 23km at the Hochkönigman race event.

As nice as that is if you are chilling at the beach, it can be actually quite dreadful when you want to work out outside. So here are my top tips on working out in summer.
It is June 30th, so we are already half way into 2017. Time for a quick recap on how you are progressing with your goals for 2017.
So if you are a typical average Joe person you probably have made a lot of New Year’s resolutions 6 months ago. Like quitting smoking, eating healthy, going on dry January and working out more.
And like the average Joe you would have also failed completely because you were back to your old habits by February.
